Entry Time: 8:30am - Opening (exhibitors only) (Exhibitors must enter the venue on time, with one person present at each booth to avoid loss of exhibits.)

Audience entry time: 9:00 a.m. -16:30 p.m.. Viewers are prohibited from entering from 16:00 pm, and the clearance broadcast will begin at 16:30 pm. Closed at 17:00 pm (closed due to power outage)

Move-in time: Raw space construction time: November 6-7, 2023 (9:00-17:00) Standard booth arrangement time: November 7, 2023 (9:00-17:00)

Move-out time: Starting from 14:00 pm on November 10, 2023, and completed before 21:00 pm. The organizing committee will not handle the move-out procedures before 12:00. To maintain the image of the conference, it is strictly prohibited the move-out in advance without permission.
