Hengshan Family Farm in Xiaodian Town of Juxian County is located in Houhengshan Village and Zhangjiapuxi Village of Xiaodian Town of Juxian County, with a total area of 420 mu, mainly engaged in the cultivation, processing and marketing of organic green tea. Wang Lingqing, a farmer from Houhengshan Village, a small shop in Juxian County, contracted 22 mu tea plantation with his wife Liang Maolian in 1998, and started his business. He gradually developed from simple big pot frying system to Hengshan farm, Fenghe Agricultural Development Co., Ltd.

In 2003, the village tea garden land contract expired for a new round of land, Wang Lingqing took the opportunity to expand the scale, and from traditional green tea planting to organic green tea production. At present, there are more than 360 acres of tea garden and 60 acres of low-temperature steel shed, more than 120 tea farmers have been developed, 3500 square meters of management room have been built, a set of new semi-automatic tea-frying equipment has been built, more than 20,000 meters of micro-spray pipeline and water pipeline have been laid, with annual income of more than 3 million yuan, more than 400 people can be employed in the village every year.

After more than ten years of hard work, the area of tea plantation has been expanding and the production and processing technology has been gradually improved. An industrialized organic green tea business model integrating planting, processing and marketing has been explored. His wife Liang Maolian won the honorary title of "Juxian Top Ten Female Cultivators".
